He is currently Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University as well as the Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, and co-founder of Deeper Signals and META Profiling. Over the past 20 years, he has consulted to a range of clients including JP Morgan, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Google, BBC, Twitter, P&G, the British Army, United Nations and World Bank.
